Yoga Nidra is a method of conscious sleep and is
considered to be one of the deepest meditation techniques, taking a person into
a state of total stillness and insight.
In a typical one to one session, I will guide you to
the hypnagogic state – a state of consciousness between wakefulness and
sleeping. Amongst other benefits it releases built tension, stress, anxiety,
providing perfect self-development tool for the often fast-paced life of the
modern world.

based on your unique physiology? One to one yoga session allows to personalise
your yoga practice according to your individual needs and to explore different
areas of yoga practice: postures, meditation, breathing exercises. Group yoga
classes are a good way to discover yoga, and they have allowed yoga to be
brought into many people’s lives across the globe. They are, however, very

Reiki treatment - 45 mins $25

Reiki practitioners use a technique called palm healing or hands-on healing through which a "universal energy" is transferred through the palms of the practitioner to the patient in order to encourage emotional or physical healing.  Reiki can effect clients differently but is always deeply relaxing, the benefits can be really profound, from feeling completely energised to calm and at peace.
